They apply to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") purchasing a Kleemt licence, whether acting as a consumer under consumer law or as a professional.

Kleemt offers a free 7 (seven) day trial period from the date a site is connected, with no purchase commitment and no requirement to provide payment details.
4.2 Explicit warning: content loss upon expiry
IMPORTANT: Upon expiry of the trial period, if no licence has been purchased, Kleemt sections will be automatically deactivated on the Customer's site.
Editorial content (text, images) entered in those sections will no longer be visible. This content may be recovered only by purchasing a licence within one month following expiry. After that period, Kleemt does not guarantee data recoverability.
By registering for the free trial, the Customer acknowledges having read and expressly accepted this notice.
4.3 Notifications before expiry
Kleemt undertakes to send the Customer email notifications at the following times:
48 hours before the end of the trial
On the day of expiry
These notifications are intended to allow the Customer to save their content or purchase a licence before automatic deactivation.
Article 5 – Licence, Pricing and Payment
5.1 Nature of the licence
The Kleemt licence is:
Individual and tied to a specific site: each licence is associated with a unique token generated for a given Squarespace site. It cannot be used on any other site.
Non-transferable to a third party: the licence is personal and may not be resold, assigned, or shared.
5.2 Professional use – freelancers and agencies
A freelancer or agency creating Squarespace sites on behalf of clients must purchase a separate licence for each client site. A single licence covers one site only, regardless of who ultimately owns that site.
5.3 Pricing
At the date of publication of these T&Cs, the Kleemt licence price is:
$59 per site, one-time payment
Kleemt is exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (franchise en base de TVA). The mention "VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the CGI" applies.
Multi-site packs are available for freelancers and agencies (5, 10, or 20 sites). Applicable prices are those displayed on Kleemt.app at the time of order.
Kleemt.app reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in force on the date of the order.
5.4 Payment
Payment is made online, securely, via Stripe. The Customer's payment details are not stored by Kleemt.app.
The order is confirmed upon payment validation. The Customer receives a confirmation email at the address provided during registration.

6.1 Statutory right of withdrawal – 14 days
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any Customer acting as a consumer (an individual not acting in a professional capacity) has 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
6.2 How to exercise this right
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a clear request to: juliette@kleemt.app, indicating:
Their first and last name
The email address associated with their Kleemt account
The domain name of the site concerned
The date of purchase
6.3 Effects of the refund
Upon receipt of a valid request:
The licence is immediately deactivated
Kleemt sections are removed from the Customer's site
Editorial content entered in those sections is no longer accessible
The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, via the same payment method used at the time of purchase
6.4 Limitations
The right of withdrawal applies once per Customer account
It does not apply to professional Customers (companies, self-employed), unless otherwise stated
The Customer is informed that following a refund, the deactivation of sections is immediate and irreversible. Kleemt cannot be held liable for any content loss resulting from this deactivation.
Article 7 – Licence Duration – "Lifetime" Commitment
7.1 Definition
The Kleemt licence is granted for an unlimited duration, defined as the duration of existence of the company publishing the service (Juliette Marty, SIRET 89967345300028). The term "lifetime" used in Kleemt's commercial communications refers exclusively to "for the entire lifetime of the Kleemt company".
7.2 Access to new sections
New sections added to the Kleemt library after the date of purchase are automatically included in the Customer's existing licence, at no additional charge, for the entire duration of the licence.
7.3 Cessation of Kleemt's activities
In the event of a permanent cessation of Kleemt.app's activities, the following commitments are made to Customers holding an active licence:
Code transfer: the complete code of the Kleemt sections associated with the Customer's licence will be sent to them by email, in a format directly integrable into their Squarespace site (copy-paste), without requiring any additional technical intervention.
Notice period: Kleemt undertakes to carry out this transfer before the definitive deactivation of the service, so that there is no interruption in the display of sections on the Customer's site.
Timeline: the Customer will receive this code transfer at least 14 days before the effective closure of the service, except in cases of force majeure.
Following this transfer, the Customer will have functional code that they can permanently integrate on their site, independently of Kleemt. No refund may be claimed on the grounds of cessation of activity, provided that the code transfer has been carried out under the conditions described above.
Article 8 – Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
8.1 Kleemt's ownership
The designs, sections, CSS code, JavaScript scripts, visuals, mockups, and all other content offered by Kleemt.app remain the exclusive intellectual property of Juliette Marty / Kleemt.app. Any reproduction, redistribution, or sale of these elements is strictly prohibited.

By purchasing a licence, the Customer obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to a single Squarespace site, allowing them to:
Display Kleemt sections on the Squarespace site linked to their licence

Allow their visitors to access these sections
8.3 Prohibitions

Distribute, resell, or transfer Kleemt code to third parties

Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of Kleemt for reproduction purposes
Article 9 – Limitation of Liability – Squarespace Compatibility
9.1 Independence from Squarespace
Kleemt.app is an independent tool, not affiliated with Squarespace, Inc. Kleemt uses the technical integrations available on the Squarespace platform at the time of development.
9.2 Commitment to maintaining compatibility
Kleemt undertakes to use its best efforts (obligation de moyens) to maintain the service's compatibility with Squarespace updates. In the event of a technical modification to Squarespace affecting Kleemt's operation, the team undertakes to:
Inform Customers as promptly as possible by email
Work on a corrective update within a reasonable timeframe
9.3 Exclusion of liability
Kleemt.app shall not be held liable and no refund may be claimed in the following cases:
Major technical modification or removal of features by Squarespace rendering Kleemt partially or fully inoperable
Unilateral decision by Squarespace to restrict or prohibit third-party integrations
Temporary interruption of the service for maintenance or update reasons
Incompatibility resulting from incorrect configuration of the Customer's Squarespace site
In the event that a Squarespace update were to make Kleemt's operation permanently impossible, the code transfer clause set out in Article 7.3 would apply, enabling the Customer to retain functional code on their site.
Article 10 – Customer Support
Customer support is provided by email at juliette@kleemt.app. The maximum response time is 48 business hours.
Kleemt is a two-person team. Support is provided directly by the founders, which ensures personalised responses but does not allow for 24/7 support.
Article 11 – Personal Data
Please refer to the Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings. The Customer may submit their complaint by email to juliette@kleemt.app.

Article 14 – Amendments to the T&Cs
Kleemt.app reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website. The Customer will be notified by email of any material changes.
The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.
