Kleemt.app is an online platform that allows users to customize the design of their Squarespace site using a library of ready-to-use CSS and JavaScript code.

2. Service Description

Kleemt.app offers:

  • Access to a library of CSS/JS designs for Squarespace sites, via a simple code snippet.

  • A 2-day free trial.

  • A one-time payment per site for lifetime access to the designs (no monthly subscription).

The CSS/JS code provided remains the intellectual property of Kleemt.app, but may be freely used on the customer’s website after purchase.

3. Use of the Service

The user agrees to:

  • Do not distribute, resell, or use Kleemt codes on websites not authorized by the license.

  • Use Kleemt only for its intended purpose: customizing Squarespace sites via code injection.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kleemt.app is not affiliated with Squarespace and does not guarantee compatibility in the event of technical changes to Squarespace.
In the event of technical changes or restrictions by Squarespace that partially or completely block Kleemt, no refunds will be issued.

5. Rates and Payment

  • 2-day free trial: no credit card required.

  • After the trial, a one-time payment is offered to unlock lifetime access for a specific site.

  • No refunds will be issued after the free trial ends.

6. Customer Support

Support is provided via email at juliette@kleemt.app, with a maximum response time of 48 business hours.

7. Intellectual Property

The designs, scripts, code, and styles provided by Kleemt remain the exclusive property of Kleemt.app.
The customer is granted an unlimited right to use them on their website, but may not redistribute or sell this code.

9. Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
If no agreement is reached, the courts of Lille shall have jurisdiction.
